The app

BeachReady helps you log meals, weight and activity and provides estimated nutrition information. It is provided for general informational and wellness purposes.

BeachReady is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition values — especially those estimated from photos or text — are approximate. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your diet or health.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service.
• You are responsible for the content you enter and submit.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be removed.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeachReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
